Once we used technology as a tool to get away from the stressful reality, but now we’re trying to get away from our technology-dominated lives in search of reality. It is satisfied by doing what you love. Each of us has their own passion but a commonly found hobby among people is their willingness to travel.

So it’s safe to say that most of us use travel as a tool to disconnect ourselves from this tech-driven life. Whether you’re travelling to a new place to relieve yourselves or in search of livelihood or just to tick off you’re bucket-list, there is some documentation that you require to visit a foreign country. One being passport and the other being Visa.

What are Passports,Visa and why it’s required?

Passports are issued to the person by the country in which he/she resides while Visas grant a person permission to enter the country that he/she is intent on visiting. Passports are easy to obtain, all we need is proper documentation and proofs, but visas, on the other hand, are not as easy. The officials concerned are not only interested upon the documentations but are also interested on several other things like the purpose of travel, a period of stay, etc., unlike passport visas require more than just documentation to get approval.

Visas may be granted either upon arrival to the country at certain points of entry or at consulates and embassies at the current place of residence. On-arrival visas are mostly granted to the flight crew, whereas normal visas are conferred to others. Each visa has a certain period of validity after which they have to be renewed to visit the country.

Visas can also be forsingle-entry, which means the visa is cancelled as soon as the holder leaves the country; double-entry, or multiple-entry, which permits double or multiple entries into the country with the same visa. Work visas or work permits come under multiple entry categories while tourist visas are single-entry visas.

Reasons for Visa rejection:

An applicant’s visa may be refused for many reasons, mainly if the applicant has legal or financial implications against him/her in the home country. Another common reason for refusal is the absence of a legitimate reason to travel. Even inadequate travel and accommodation arrangements at the destination may lead to refusal.

How to ensure that Visa Application doesn’t get rejected:

To ensure that visas aren’t rejected one has to make sure to have all the proper documents to back up the application. Getting hold of all the necessary documents, especially for a person who is applying for the very first time is obviously difficult. This is where many services come in to help, they organise your documents and prepare it in such a way that there are minimum chances of rejection. Many of these services cater based upon destinations too like Visas R US in London is a visa service which Provides Spain visa UK. These services do come at a cost but its obviously better than the application getting rejected and going through each and every document all over again.
