Who Can Apply for a Germany Visa From UK?
In order to apply for any type of German visa or residence permit with the German Missions in the UK and our service provider you must have residence in the UK. Unless you hold a valid UK Biometric Residence Permit (BRP) or other evidence of Leave to Enter/Leave to Remain (including a UK short-term study visa)
Schengen visas (type C) can only be applied for with the help of our external service. Long-term visas/residence permits (type D) can be applied for at the German missions directly.
All other types of German Schengen visas require an application with the Embassy directly. Appointments may be made through our booking system.

Step 1:
- Please complete the online Application Form in full, ensure it is signed, print a copy and bring with you when attending for your German Visa appointment.
- Complete the online German Schengen visa application form, print it out and take it to your appointment. It is strongly recommended to complete the form using the online portal instead of the paper format.
- The portal will guide you through the application questions and will make sure you do not forget to enter any necessary values.
Step 2:
- Please Schedule An Appointment with Visas R US ltd well in advance.
- You should submit your German visa application no more than 90 days prior to your date of travel.
- Please carry the originals and copies of all documents.
