Please check the documents below required for a Belgium visa and arrange all the documents.

  • PASSPORT: Applicant's Original Signed Passport with at least 2 blank pages and valid for 90 days beyond the return trip to the Schengen area.
  • PROOF OF STATUS IN UK: Proof of residence in the UK. Printed proof of immigration status + share code from: View and prove your immigration status: get a share code - GOV.UK (www.gov.uk) E visa should be valid for 30 days beyond the return date of the trip.
  • PHOTOGRAPH: Two recent (not older than 3 months), passport-size, UK standard size, colour photos with a white background.
  • BANK STATEMENT: From current date to Last 3 months UK current salary account bank statements have an end balance of at least £1000(Per Person) and above.
  • IF STUDENT: A letter from your university on their letterhead, with your full name and name of the course and end date which should be issued within 1 month.
  • IF EMPLOYED: A letter from your Employer on business letterhead with address & contact details mentioning your Name, Designation, and date of joining issued within 1 month along with the last 3 months’ pay slips.
  • IF SELF EMPLOYED: letter from Accountant mentioning company name, UTR number and company collaboration year and last 3-year tax returns.
  • TRAVEL INSURANCE: Travel insurance for the whole of Europe. (You can get annual trip travel insurance from https://www.moneysupermarket.com/ - cover wise)
  • HOTEL: Hotel bookings or Invitation letters. (Include all applicant name)
  • FLIGHTS: Confirmed Travelling bookings with full payment receipt (flight/train/bus/ferry bookings)
